By Belle Cherie products being skin care products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Belle Cherie reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. Email us if there is a concern regarding any products received.

Lost or stolen packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are deemed to have been delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information and shipping information for the customer for verification.

Defective or damaged products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us within 48 hours or receiving the product with pictures of the product. The customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. We will gladly send a replacement order or refund the full amount.

Items in transit
By placing an order with us, you agree to our delivery times. Most orders are delivered within the specified time frames, but external factors such as customs controls can sometimes cause delays. If the delivery times of your order exceed our indicated timeframe by 15 business days, you can contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement order or a full refund.
